Excellent City Stay
central location really good service early check-in
The location was central, a real benefit for getting around the city. The staff offered really good service from check-in to check-out. They were always available. I appreciated the early check-in, made my arrival so much smoother. I got great advice on nearby restaurants.
I noticed the public restrooms needed more frequent cleaning. They weren't always super clean.

The breakfast buffet featured many options, with fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, so there was something for everyone. Coffee and tea were readily available, and the dining area was spacious and well kept. The food was AMAZING!!!

The fitness center had three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. A business center offered computers and printing services.

Staff were polite and always ready to help with directions or recommendations, a big plus. The front desk offered quick check-in and check-out, saving valuable time.

helpful staff comfortable bed limited option improper cleaning
The staff was helpful, and they were always ready to assist. I appreciate that the Al Rigga Metro station is a close distance. It made transportation easier. The room was kept tidy. I liked that the beds are comfortable.
The breakfast was limited, and the options did not change . The room was not properly cleaned, and the carpets were not vacuumed. Towels were not sufficient. I did ask several times for extra towels.

non-functioning tv loud music
the tv did not work i found that annoying. loud music played every night it came from the bar upstairs. there were not enough towels in the room it was annoying to have to ask for more.

charming stay
professional staff thorough cleaner quality service
the front desk personnel were receptive. a young lady, nina, and some other gentlemen were very professional. i also thought the cleaner was great. he was very thorough with his work. i am satisfied with the quality of service.
I noticed that the bath tubs had some stains and seemed difficult to clean. That's the only thing that comes to mind.
