The location was central, a real benefit for getting around the city. The staff offered really good service from check-in to check-out. They were always available. I appreciated the early check-in, made my arrival so much smoother. I got great advice on nearby restaurants.

I noticed the public restrooms needed more frequent cleaning. They weren't always super clean.

The breakfast buffet featured many options, with fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, so there was something for everyone. Coffee and tea were readily available, and the dining area was spacious and well-kept. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff was helpful, and they were always ready to assist. I appreciate that the Al Rigga Metro station is a close distance. It made transportation easier. The room was kept tidy. I liked that the beds are comfortable.

The breakfast was limited, and the options did not change . The room was not properly cleaned, and the carpets were not vacuumed. Towels were not sufficient. I did ask several times for extra towels.

the front desk personnel were receptive. a young lady, nina, and some other gentlemen were very professional. i also thought the cleaner was great. he was very thorough with his work. i am satisfied with the quality of service.

I noticed that the bath tubs had some stains and seemed difficult to clean. That's the only thing that comes to mind.
